Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern
Prospecting + LinkedIn research + lead generation + outreach across Brand Voy and Aiko.
We're looking for someone who enjoys the hunt. Someone who is comfortable opening LinkedIn, identifying the right companies and people, doing the research and figuring out who we should be speaking to.
This role will support business development across both Brand Voy and Aiko.
You won't be handed a perfect list of leads every morning. A big part of the job is finding the opportunities yourself.

What we're looking for
You don't need years of sales experience. You do need to be:
- Naturally curious
- Comfortable researching people and companies online
- Persistent without being careless
- Happy doing the digging rather than waiting to be handed leads
- Commercially minded
- Organised
- Confident communicating with new people
- Comfortable writing concise outreach messages
- Able to work independently
- Good at spotting patterns and opportunities
- Willing to test different approaches
- Comfortable hearing "no" or getting no response, and continuing to look for the next opportunity
The kind of person we're looking for
Someone who sees a target market and immediately wants to understand:
- Which companies should we be speaking to?
- Who actually makes the decision?
- Who influences it?
- What's happening inside that company?
- Why might they need what we're offering?
- What's the right reason to approach them?
- How do we make the outreach feel relevant rather than generic?
We don't want someone whose idea of prospecting is sending the same message to 500 people. The research matters. The targeting matters. And the reason for reaching out matters.
