Content & Technical Writing Intern
Social content + thought leadership + reports + PR + technology writing.
We're looking for a strong writer who can take complex ideas and turn them into content people actually want to read.
This role sits across social content, thought leadership, reports, PR and longer-form business and technology writing.
You'll work across parts of the Brand Voy ecosystem, including supporting Vebz's social content and developing content from within the Aiko ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding a subject properly before figuring out the clearest and most interesting way to communicate it.

What we're looking for
You don't need years of experience. You do need to be:
- A genuinely strong writer
- Good at structuring an argument or story
- Comfortable researching unfamiliar subjects
- Able to understand technical or complex information
- Able to write clearly without making everything sound corporate
- Curious about technology, marketing and business
- Comfortable moving between short-form social content and longer-form writing
- Good at asking questions when something doesn't make sense
- Detail-oriented
- Able to take feedback and improve a piece rather than becoming attached to the first draft
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders
The kind of writer we're looking for
We don't want someone who simply fills a page with words. We want someone who can ask:
- What's actually interesting here?
- Who are we writing this for?
- Why should they care?
- What's the strongest angle?
- What's unnecessary?
- How do we make a complicated idea feel simple without making it simplistic?
The ability to think is as important as the ability to write.

What you'll work on
Part of the role will include supporting the ongoing LinkedIn content programme for Vebz, helping turn business expertise, industry observations and ideas into strong social content.
You'll also have the opportunity to work on content connected to the Aiko ecosystem, including reports, insight pieces, PR-led content and other business or technology communications.
The work can move from a LinkedIn post one day to a research-led report the next.
Location
This role requires someone who can work from the Gurgaon office as required. Please only apply if you're based in Gurgaon / Delhi NCR or can reliably work from Gurgaon when needed.
